មណ្ឌលនិសិ្សតព្រះសហគមន៍កាតូលិកបានចាប់ផ្តើមបង្កើតឡើងនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៩ ក្រោមការជួយឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រពីព្រះសហគមន៍កាតូលិក។ មណ្ឌលបានផ្តល់អាហារូបករណ៍ដល់ និសិ្សតក្រីក្រដែលមកពីបណ្តាលខេត្តនានានៅទូទាំងប្រទេសទាំងថ្លៃសិក្សា អាហារ និងកន្លែងស្នាក់នៅឱ្យមានឱកាសសិក្សានៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនានានៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ក្នុងរយៈពេល១៥ឆ្នាំនេះយើងមាននិសិ្សតសរុប២៦៩នាក់ និង១៩៩ បានបំរើការនៅតាមស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ ឯកជន អង្គការ និងព្រះសហគមន៍ និង ៧០នាក់កំពុងសិក្សា។
Catholic Church Student Center (CCSC) started the project in 1999 under the support of Catholic Church in Cambodia. CCSC has provided a full scholarship for poor students from different provinces to continue their study in University in Phnom Penh for study fee, food and accommodation. In last 15 years, there are 269 students in our program. Among them, 199 students are already finished and working in public and private sectors; And there are 70 current students studying in varous universities in Phnom Penh.
